How to create Ticket on the Portal

Dear Clients,

Welcome to the Technolize Support Portal!
This guide will help you quickly and correctly submit a support request so our team can resolve your issue as soon as possible.



? Step 1: Prepare Your Details

Before submitting a ticket, keep the following ready:

  • Your unique Client Code
    Example: ***-IN-25-020

  • A brief description of your issue or request
    Mandatory: Upload as a document or PDF.

  • Any related files or screenshots that will help our team.



? Step 2: Submit Your Ticket

1. Visit the Support Portal

Login to the Technolize Helpdesk:

? technolize-help.freshdesk.com
(Use your authorized email ID to log in.)

Note : If you do not know your authorized email ID kindly connect with team at info@technolize.in | or check your customer onboarding document


2. Navigate to Submit a Ticket

After logging in:

  • Click Submit a Ticket

  • Fill in:

    • Your Name

    • Registered Email ID

    • Client ID / Organization Name


3. Add the Subject and Description

  • Use your Client ID as the prefix in the subject line.

  • Clearly describe:

    • The issue you are facing

    • Any new feature request

    • Any incident you want to report


4. Attach Supporting Files

Upload any files, screenshots, or documents that can help us understand the issue better.


5. Submit the Ticket

Click Submit.
You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.


You're Done!

Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
